Ignoring limitations, I discovered the transformative power of strength training, defying odds with a 850lb frame deadlift and playing collegiate rugby.

In the face of vertebral fractures and 3 herniated discs in my lumbar spine, I've broken the cycle of pain and used fitness to heal.

Now, as a certified personal trainer, I've witnessed my clients get out of back pain for the first time in 5 years.
