SERVICES

1 - on - 1 Training

Hands on coaching tailored to efficiently and effectively train you in new exercise techniques/selection, proper form/intensity, and adequate recovery/nutrition.

Personalized Programming

Remote training offered to individuals that have worked with me in a 1-on-1 or group setting. I utilize TrueCoach software to provide monthly programming designed for you. I work with your schedule, goals, interests and equipment.

Corporate Lifting Programs

Occupational training for those jobs that require high levels of manual tasks. I work with your staff to develop a program to ensure a reduced risk of injury and improve health.

In this seminar, you will learn:

    • Building a big base

    • Training systems and methods 

    • Setting up your training week

    • Exercise selection

    • Decreasing injury risk and burnout

    • Stacking different systems

    • Peaking

    • Deloading

  • Like best: Over the past 4 years I've trained with 5 different trainers and Brandon has been by far the most motivating, caring and impactful of them all. I've been training with him for the past 6 months and I've seen significant changes in my health and habits. I used to suffer from painful menstrual cramps and deal with a complex thyroid condition. After training for 6 months with Brandon, I've noticed that my cramps have subsided considerably in intensity and my thyroid levels have been stable. Given that I'm ADHD, I truly appreciate how patient and tolerant Brandon is and the innovative workout programs he comes up with to keep me engaged, interested and disciplined.

  • I think of life in terms of seasons, and I'm quite sad to end this season of personal training with @beyondbrawn_fitness. For several years while I was in Google, I got really into powerlifting and when I left, it was really hard to find a gym and a coach that could help me get back to it. Luke and I stumbled upon Body Mechanix on a random walk around our neighborhood and soon after that I came in for a consultation with Brandon. He listened as I talked about my love for powerlifting and how I want to go back to my glory days. Unfortunately, i was nursing a fractured foot at the time so we couldn't train right away. When the time came for me to start training again, he was very intentional about working out the kinks and correcting movement patterns so that I develop both strength and technique. Even just by training with him minimally in the last few months, I'm much stronger than I expected and my strength is much more balanced.
